Many people are unaware of how much they would enjoy riding trains and profit from their safety and time-conserving features such as allowing riders to work or do profitable or relaxing reading or music listening while they travel, rather than focusing upon the highway ahead. Railfans do more than their share to bring train service to the attention of other people.
